Se avete eettuato tutte le impostazioni, lampeggia nuovamente l´indicatore

ogramma scelto. Ora premendo il pulsante di funzione ST/SP avviate il
programma d´allenamento ed iniziate ad allenarVi
Impostazione durante l´allenamento
I
l computer automaticamente modica la resistenza alla pedalata. Tramite la
frequenza della pedalata si controlla la Vostra frequenza cardiaca.
Il programma d´allenamento inizia con un livello della resistenza 1. Non
eettuate nessuna impostazione della resistenza alla pedalata. La resistenza
alla pedalata sará modicata automaticamente dal computer.

Allenandosi con tale programma é assolutamento necessario
prendere il lettore del polso manuale o utilizzare la fascia toracica
(accessorio particolare).
