Controllo della frequenza cardiaca (P 10 – 12)
Caratteristiche del programma
Il computer calcolerá in base ai valori da Voi impostati la Vostra frequenza
car
diaca nale.
Programma 10: il 60 % della Vostra frequenza cardiaca massima
Programma 11: il 75 % della Vostra frequenza cardiaca massima
Programma 12: il 85 % della Vostra frequenza cardiaca massima
• Le impostazioni da Voi realizzate non é possibile modicarle nel corso
d´allenament
o.
• Il programma per il controllo della frequenza cardiaca aumenta o diminui-
sce la resistenza alla pedalata in base sia alla Vostra frequenza della pedalata
sia al polso misurat
o. Nel caso che la frequenza cardiaca misurata superi
il valore della frequenza cardiaca preimpostata, la resistenza diminuisce
aut
omaticamente.
• Nel caso che la frequenza cardiaca misurata si trovi sotto il valore preim-
postato della frequenza cardiaca, il grado della resistenza si aumenta
automaticamente nché non raggiunge il Vostro valore preimpostato della
fr
equenza cardiaca.
• Nel caso che la frequenza cardiaca misurata si trovi sotto il valore preimpo-
stato anche con il piú alto grado della resistenza, aumentate la velocitá della
pedalata
.
Selezione
Ruotate il volantino di selezione nché non verrá visualizzato il programma
10, 11 o 12
. La selezione la confermate premendo il volantino di selezione.
Impostazione
Tempo d´allenamento (TIME)/percorso d´allenamento (DIST): Se
avete scelto il programma 10, 11 o 12, lampeggia l´indicatore del tempo
d´allenament
o (TIME). Potete scegliere sia un tempo d´allenamento sia
un percorso d´allenamento (DIST). Se impostate il tempo d´allenamento,
il computer salta l´impostazione del percorso d´allenamento. Se il tempo
d´allenamento non viente impostato, verrá attivata l´impostazione del per-
corso d´allenamento.
