Come riportare l´impostazioni sul computer all´inizio?
1. Reset: P
remere il pulsante ST/SP per piú di 3 secondi. Tutte le funzioni ver-
ranno reimpostate all´inizio. Le informazioni non memorizzate saranno perse.
2. Rete elettrica: Scollegate l´apparecchio per un breve periodo dalla rete
elettr
ica. Ricollegandolo tutte le funzioni saranno impostate all´inizio. Le
informazioni non memorizzate saranno perse.
É possibile interropere l´allenamento/programma?
Se volete interrompere l´allenamento e riprenderlo piú tardi, premete il
pulsant
e ST/SP. Tutti i dati saranno memorizzati.
Dopo 4 minuti il display si spegnerá. Il computer passerá allo stato di riposo.
Premendo il pulsante ST/SP si riprende l´allenamento interrotto.
Che programma d´allenamento sarebbe quello giusto?
Se non sono sucenti le informazioni contenute nei capitoli che descrivono
i programmi d´allenamento, utilizzate anche le istruzioni dettagliate per
l´allenament
o sul CD ENERGETICS „Personal Training Instruction“.

Misura della frequenza cardiaca – é possibile l‘utilizzo contempora-
neo di una fascia toracica e dei lettori del polso manuale?
Se utilizzate entrambi le modalitá contemporaneamente, la fascia toracica
(accessorio particolare) per tastare il polso e contemporaneamente avete le
palme posizionate sui lettori delle mani, sarà visualizzato il valore misurato
con la fascia t
oracica.
Come posso impostare i valori personali?
L´impostazione dei valori personali é necessaria solo per BMI -misurazione
del g
rasso corporeo (P 8). Scegliete il programma ed impostate i Vostri valori.
Su che calcolo di frequenza cardiaca nale sono basati i programmi
d´allenamento?
Il computer calcola tutti i valori della frequenza cardiaca nale (TARGET HR) in
base alla fr
equenza cardiaca massima della Vostra etá.
Denizione della frequenza cardiaca massima (HF):
220 – etá = frequenza cardiaca massima
I
n tutti i programmi d´allenamento, il valore del 70 % della Vostra frequenza
cardiaca massima, viene visualizzato come la frequenza cardiaca nale, oltre
ai pr
ogrammi 9 – 12 con il controllo della frequenza cardiaca.
