Controllo della frequenza cardiaca (P 10 – 12)

I programmi: controllo della frequenza cardiaca 60 % (P 10), contr
ollo della
frequenza cardiaca 75 % (P 11) e controllo della frequenza cardiaca 85 %
(P 12) Vi aiutano ad allenar. Vi con una frequenza cardiaca precisa corrispon

e al Vostro scopo dell´allenamento.
Quello é possibile solo grazie al calcolo della giusta frequenza cardiaca in
base ai valori da Voi impostati (etá) ed a un controllo permanente della Vostra
fr
equenza cardiaca durante l´allenamento.
Tale programma si basa su 2 cognizioni mediche, sportive e scientiche
importanti per il Vostro allenamento:
• O
gni organismo umano ha una sua frequenza specica massima.
• In base al programma stabilito, si allena tra il 50 % e il 85 % della frequenza
cardiaca massima.
Il procedimento consueto per il calcolo della frequenza cardiaca
massima d´allenamento:
220 – etá = frequenza cardiaca massima
I valori percentuali della frequenza cardiaca massima (importanti per
l´allenamento) durante l´allenamento, possono avere il senso seguente:
• 50 – 60
%: lieve carico permanente
• 60 – 70 %: livello ottimale durante l´allenamento
• 70 – 80 %: aumento della potenza
• 80 – 85 %: allevamento agonistico (zona anaerobica)
• oltre l´85 %: zona critica per la salute
Controllo della frequenza cardiaca 60 % (P 10)
Il programma 10 (controllo della frequenza cardiaca 60 %) calcola il valor
e del
60 % della Vostra frequenza cardiaca massima in seguito utilizzato come la
frequenza cardiaca nale durante la regolazione della resistenza alla pedalata
durant
e l´allenamento. Nel caso che vogliate allenarVi con il 60 % della Vostra
frequenza cardiaca massima, scegliete questo programma.
Controllo della frequenza cardiaca 75 % (P 11)
Il programma 11 (controllo della frequenza cardiaca 75 %) calcola il valor
e del
75 % della Vostra frequenza cardiaca massima in seguito utilizzato come un
