(P 9) Vi aiuta ad allenarVi con una frequenza cardiaca precisa da Voi preimpo-
stata
. Quello é possibile grazie ad un controllo permanente della frequenza
caridiaca. Il computer aumenta o diminuisce la resistenza alla pedalata, anche
in base alla Vostra frequenza della pedalata.
Se il valore da Voi impostato sará raggiunto o superato, l´indicatore comincia
