Truchas almendradas
Utensilios:Fuente llana ovalada
(unos 32 cm de longitud)
Ingredientes
4 truchas (200 g c/u) listas para
su preparación
zumo de un limón
sal
30 g de mantequilla o margarina
50 g de harina
10 g de mantequilla o margarina
para untar la fuente
50 g almendras en laminitas
1. Lavar las truchas, secarlas cuidadosa-
mente y rociarlas con el zumo de limón.
Sazonar el pescado interior y exterior-
mente y dejarlo reposar durante 15 min.
2. Derretir la mantequilla.
1 min. 900 W
3. Secar cuidadosamente el pescado y
untarlo con la mantequilla; pasarlo por
la harina.
4. Untar la fuente, poner las truchas y
cocinar en el nivel inferior. Transcurridos
dos tercios del tiempo indicado se les
dará vuelta y cubrirá con las
almendra.
15-18 min. Dual Grill (450 W)
Después de cocinar, dejar reposar
durante 2 min. aprox.
Filete de pescado con salsa de
queso
Utensilios:Fuente con tapa (volumen: 1 l)
Fuente ovalada poco profunda
para gratinar (aprox. 25 cm de
largo)
Ingredientes
800 g filetes de pescado
2 CuSop de zumo de limón
sal
10 g de mantequilla o margarina
50 g cebolla, bien picada
20 g de harina
100 ml de vino blanco
1 Cdta. de aceite vegetal para untar la
fuente
100 g de queso suizo rallado
2 CuSop de perejil picado
1. Lavar el pescado, secar con
pequeños
golpecitos y rociar con zumo de limón.
Sazonar.
2. Engrasar la fuente. Añadir la cebolla
picada, cubrir y cocinar.
1-2 min. 900 W
3. Espolvorear la harina sobre las
cebollas y el vino blanco y mezclar.
4. Untar la fuente ovalada y poner los
filetes. Verter la salsa sobre los filetes
y esparcir el queso por encima. Poner
en el nivel inferior y cocinar.
7-8 min. 450 W
14-16 min. Dual Grill (450 W)
Después de cocinar, dejar reposar
durante 2 min. aprox.
