Jamón relleno
Utensilios:Fuente con tapa (volumen 2 l)
Fuente ovalada para gratinar
(aprox. 26 cm de largo)
Ingredientes
150 g de hojas de espinaca picadas
150 g de requesón, 20 % de mat.
grasa
50 g de queso Emmental
pimienta molida, pimentón
8 lonchas de jamón cocido (400 gr)
125 ml de agua
125 ml de nata
20 g de harina
20 g mantequilla o margarina
10 g de mantequilla o margarina
para untar el molde
1. Mezclar las espinacas con el queso y
el fromage frais, sazonar al gusto.
2. Poner una cucharada del relleno
sobre cada loncha de jamón cocido y
enrollar. Atravesar el jamón con un
pincho de madera.
3. Hacer una salsa bechamel. Para ello,
echar el agua y la nata en un
recipiente y calentar.
2-4 min. 900 W
Mezclar la harina y la mantequilla para
hacer una salsa, añadir al líquido y
batir hasta disolver. Tapar y cocinar
hasta que espese.
1-2 min. 900 W
Remover y probar.
4. Colocar la salsa en el recipiente
engrasado, poner los rollitos de
jamón rellenos sobre la salsa y
cocinar con la tapadera.
10-12 min. Dual Grill (630 W)
Después de cocinar, dejar reposar
durante 5 min. aprox.
Lasaña
Utensilios:Fuente con tapa (volumen 2 l)
Fuente cuadrada poco profunda
con tapadera (aprox. 20x20x6
cm)
Ingredientes
300 g de tomates en lata
50 g de jamón picado
50 g cebolla, bien picada
1 diente de ajo, machacado
250 g de carne de ternera picada
2 CuSop de puré de tomate
sal, pimienta
150 ml Cräme fraåche
100 ml de leche
50 g de queso Parmesano rallado
1 Cdta. de hierbas mixtas picadas
1 Cdta. de aceite de oliva nuez
moscada
1 Cdta. de aceite vegetal para engrasar
la fuente
125 g de lasaña verde
1 CuSop de queso Parmesano rallado
1. Picar los tomates, mezclar con el
jamón y la cebolla, el ajo, la ternera
picada y el puré de tomate. Sazonar,
tapar y cocinar.
5-8 min. 900 W
2. Mezclar la crème fraiche con la leche,
el queso Parmesano, las hierbas, el
aceite y las especias.
3. Engrasar la fuente y cubrir el fondo
con

de la pasta aproximadamente.
Poner la mitad de la mezcla de carne
picada sobre la pasta y verter por
encima parte de la salsa. Repetir y
terminar con la pasta restante. Cubrir
la pasta con salsa y espolvorear con
queso Parmesano. Cocinar con la
tapadera puesta.
13-17 min. 630 W
Después de cocinar, dejar reposar
durante 5-10 min. aprox.
