Calabacines y pasta al horno
Utensilios: Fuente para horno
(unos 26 cm de longitud)
Ingredientes
80 g de macarrones hervidos
400 g de tomates en lata troceados
150 g cebolla, bien picada
albahaca, tomillo, sal, pimienta
1 CuSop de aceite para untar el molde
450 g de calabacines cortados en
rodajas
150 g de nata amarga
2 huevos
100 g de queso Cheddar rallado
1. Mezclar los tomates con las cebollas
y sazonar bien. Añadir los
macarrones. Verter la salsa de
tomate sobre los macarrones y
colocar las rodajas de calabacín por
encima.
2. Batir la nata agria y los huevos y
verter sobre el gratinado. Espolvorear
el queso rallado por encima. Colocar
en la rejilla inferior y cocinar.
18-21 min. 900 W
7-8 min. Dual Grill (630 W)
Después de cocinar, dejar reposar
durante 5-10 min. aprox.
Peras al chocolate
Utensilios: Fuente con tapa (volumen 2 l)
Fuente con tapa (volumen 1 l)
Ingredientes
4 peras enteras peladas (600 g)
60 g de azúcar
10 g bolsita de azúcar de vainilla
1 CuSop de licor de peras
150 ml de agua
130 g de chocolate negro picado
100 g crème fraîche (nata)
1. Colocar el azúcar, el azúcar de
vainilla, el licor de pera y el agua en el
recipiente, remover, tapar y cocinar.
1-2 min. 900 W
2. Colocar las peras en el líquido, cubrir
y cocinar.
5-8 min. 900 W
Sacar las peras del líquido de cocción
e introducir en el frigorífico.
3. Echar 50 ml del líquido de cocción en
el recipiente más pequeño. Añadir el
chocolate y la crème fraiche, tapar y
cocinar.
2-3 min. 900 W
4. Remover bien la salsa, verter sobre las
peras y servir.
