ZWEEDSE GEHAKTBALLEN
BOULETTES SUÉDOISES

INGREDIËNTEN
600 g gemengd gehakt I 1 ui I 1 teentje look I 75 g paneermeel I 2 eidooiers I 1/2 el gember I
1/2 el witte peper I 1/2 el kardemom I 1/2 el kaneel I 1/2 el zout
BEREIDING
1. Snijd de ui zo fijn mogelijk en pers de knoflook. Voeg dit toe aan het gehakt. 2. Scheid de 2 eidooiers en
voeg dit toe aan het geheel. 3. Voeg het paneermeel en de kruiden toe en meng alles goed door elkaar. 4.
Rol balletjes ter grootte van een pingpongbal. (+/- 4 cm) 5. Verwarm de friteuse voor op 175˚C. 6. Bak de
balletjes gedurende 8 minuten op 175°C. Tip : Hoe fijner je de ui snijdt, hoe mooier het resultaat zal zijn.
Wanneer je de balletjes groter rolt, zal je de tijd moeten verlengen.
INGRÉDIENTS
600 g de haché mélange I 1 oignon I 1 gousse d’ail I 75 g de chapelure I 2 jaunes d’oeufs I 1/2
c. à soupe de gingembre I 1/2 c. à soupe de poivre blanc I 1/2 c. à soupe de cardamome I 1/2 c.
à soupe de cannelle I 1/2 c. à soupe de sel
PRÉPARATION
1. Émincez l’oignon aussi finement que possible, puis pressez l’ail. Ajoutez le tout au haché. 2. Séparez 2
jaunes d’oeuf, puis ajoutez-les à la préparation. 3. Ajoutez la chapelure et les épices, puis mélangez bien
le tout. 4. Formez de petites boulettes de la taille d’une balle de ping pong. (+/- 4 cm) 5. Préchauffez la
friteuse à 175˚C. 6. Faites cuire les boulettes pendant 8 minutes à 175˚C. Conseil : Plus l’oignon est fine-
ment émincé, plus beau sera le résultat. Si vous formez des plus grosses boulettes, vous devrez les faire
cuire plus longue.
