SELBST GEMACHTE POMMES FRITES
HOME-MADE CHIPS
FÜR 4 PERSONEN I FOR 4 PEOPLE
ZUTATEN:
1,5 kg Kartoffeln I 1 Prise Salz I 1 Esslöffel Öl
ZUBEREITUNG:
1.Schälen Sie 1,5 kg Kartoffeln und schneiden Sie diese in Pommes Frites einer Stärke von etwa 1 cm. 2.
Weichen Sie diese 30 Minuten in Wasser ein. Tupfen Sie sie anschließend gut ab. 3. Heizen Sie die Fritteuse
auf 120°C vor. 4. Frittieren Sie die Pommes Frites zunächst für 10 Minuten auf 120°C. 5. Schütteln Sie sie
alle 5 Minuten durch, sodass sie gleichmäßig frittiert werden. 6. Lassen Sie die Pommes Frites nach dem
ersten Frittieren abkühlen. Geben Sie die Pommes Frites in eine Schüssel und geben Sie einen Esslöffel Öl
hinzu. Mischen Sie das Öl gut mit den Pommes Frites. Wenn Sie möchten, können Sie die Pommes Frites
in diesem Stadium auch etwas würzen. 7. Heizen Sie die Fritteuse auf 180°C vor. 8. Frittieren Sie die Pom-
mes Frites ein zweites Mal für 21 Minuten auf 180°C. Vergessen Sie nicht, sie nach der Hälfte der Zeit zu
schütteln. 9. Wenn das Signal ertönt, nehmen Sie die Pommes Frites aus der Fritteuse. Bestreuen Sie die
Pommes Frites mit etwas Salz und servieren Sie sie.

PREPARATION:
1.Peel 1,5 kg of potatoes and cut into chips of about 1 cm thick. 2. Soak them in water for 30 minutes.
Then pat dry. 3.Preheat the fryer to 120°C. 4. Fry the chips a first time for 10 minutes at 120°C. 5. Every 5
minutes, shake the fries to make sure they cook evenly. 6. After the first fry, allow the chips to cool off. Put
the chips in a bowl and add a tablespoon of oil. Toss the chips well to coat evenly with the oil. If you like, you
can also add some herbs and spices to the chips at this stage. 7. Preheat the fryer to 180°C. 8. Fry the chips
a second time for 21 minutes at 180°C. Don’t forget to shake them halfway through. 9. Remove the chips
from the fryer when the time is up and the alarm sounds. Sprinkle with some salt and serve.
