LEEK SOUP – COLD OR WARM
PORREESUPPE  KALT ODER WARM
STEP 1
Wash the white part of the leek and
roughly chop it. Also roughly chop
the potato. Den weißen Teil des Porrees
waschen und grob schneiden. Kartoel
ebenfalls grob schneiden.
COOKING METHOD ZUBEREITUNG
STEP 3
Select a „Soup function“ and start the device. Add the
chives 2 min. before the program is over. Blend on
highest level. Eine „Suppenfunktion“ auswählen und das
Gerät starten. Schnittlauch 2 Min. vor Ende des Programms
hinzugeben und auf höchster Stufe mixen.
STEP 4
If the soup is served cold: Let the soup cool down, add
three ice cubes and blend with „Ice function“.
Wenn die Suppe kalt serviert wird: Suppe abkühlen lassen,
drei Eiswürfel hinzufügen und mit der „Eisfunktion“ mixen.

500 ml chicken stock 500 ml Hühnerbrühe
250 ml cream 250 ml Sahne
250 ml milk 250 ml Milch
chives Schnittlauch
salt and pepper Salz und Pfeer
ZUTATEN
für 4-6 Portionen
STEP 2
Put everything except the chives into the
CB2200, starting with the stock.
