CREAMY MUSHROOM SOUP WITH PARSLEY ROOT

STEP 1
Clean the mushrooms and the shallot, roughly chop them
up. Quickly roast mushrooms, chanterelles, shallot and
garlic in a pan with a bit of oil. Champignons und Schalotte
putzen, grob schneiden. In einer Pfanne mit etwas Öl Champi-
gnons, Pfierlinge, Schalotte und Knoblauch kurz anbraten.
STEP 2
Put the stock, cream and sour cream into the CB2200 and
start a „Soup function“. Add the parsley root. Brühe, Sahne
und Crème fraîche in den CB2200 geben und ein „Suppen-
programm“ starten. Petersilienwurzel hinzufügen.
STEP 3
Add the mushrooms after 5 min. and let the programm
continue. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with
croutons. Nach 5 Min. die Pilze hinzugeben und Programm
weiterlaufen lassen. Mit Salz und Pfeer würzen.
Mit Croutons servieren.

2 zucchinis 750 ml vegetable stock
2 shallots, peeled 1 clove of garlic, peeled
200 ml cream 1 handful of fresh chervil
2 Zucchinis 750 ml Gemüsebrühe
2 Schalotten, geschält 1 Knoblauchzehe, geschält
200 ml Sahne 1 Handvoll frischer Kerbel
STEP 1
Roughly cut the zucchinis and shallots.
Firstly put the stock into the CB2200,
then the garlic and the cream.

schneiden. Zuerst die Brühe, dann den
Knoblauch und die Sahne in den CB2200
geben.
STEP 2
Choose a „Soup function“ and start the
device. Add the chervil 2 min. before the
end of the program and blend on
highest level. Ein „Suppenprogramm“
auswählen und Gerät starten. 2 Min.
vor Ende den Kerbel hinzufügen und auf
höchster Stufe mixen.
STEP 3
Season with salt and pepper.
Mit Salz und Pfeer abschmecken.

smoked salmon / slices of parma ham
