7.3 Controls positions

iThe length and intensity of the heating operation

does not depend solely on the selected position

of the air regulator. To inﬂuence e.g. type of wood,

wood thickness, discharge pressure of the stove

and exhaust gas temperature combustion pro-

cess. Familiarize yourself with the conditions of

the stove system. How to quickly ﬁnd the best

handling. The formation of soot, smoke and re-

maining charcoal residues in the ash indicate

that the air supply has been shut down too early.

7.4 Heating

7.4.1 Preparations before each heating up

 Make sure that there is suicient fresh air sup-

ply and the combustion air line and heating gas

line of the stove are open.

iWhen cooled, remove too much combustion re-

sidue from the combustion chamber. Complete

removal of the ash is not necessary. A remaining

ash bed promotes burnup. Make sure that the

combustion air inlets are not covered by the new

ash that is generated during the ﬁring process.
