Haselnußpudding
mit Pfirsichen
(für zwei Dampfkörbe)
Zutaten für 4 Portionen
3 Eier
100 g Zucker

l Milch
50 g Haselnüsse, gemahlen
1 EL Butter
4 feste Pfirsiche
Flüssigkeitsmenge im Bodengefäß:
maximale Füllstandsmarkierung

Mit einem Rührgerät wie dem Braun
MultiMix Eier mit Zucker gut schaumig auf-
schlagen. Dann die Milch und Haselnüsse
unterrühren.
2.
Die Reisschale mit der weichen Butter
ausstreichen und die Puddingmasse ein -
füllen. In den Dampfkorb setzen und
20 Mi nu ten garen.
3.
Zwischenzeitlich die Pfirsiche halbie-
ren, entkernen und mit der Schale nach
unten in den 2. Dampfkorb setzen.
4.
Nach Ablauf der Garzeit den Dampf -
korb mit dem Pudding herausnehmen. Nun
beide Dampfkörbe in den Dampfgarer ein-
setzen: den Dampfkorb mit den Pfirsichen
nach unten, den Dampfkorb mit dem
Pudding nach oben. Zusammen weitere
10 Minuten dämpfen.
5.
Den Pudding in der Reisschale minde-
stens 4 Stunden im Kühlschrank kalt stel-
len. Die Haut von den Pfirsichen abziehen
und ebenfalls kalt stellen.
6.
Zum Servieren den Pudding in Schei -
ben schneiden und mit den Pfirsichhälften
auf Desserttellern anrichten.
Pudding di nocciole con
pesche
(con due vaschette di cottura)
(per 4 persone)
3 uova
100 g di zucchero
250 ml di latte
50 g di nocciole tritate
1 cucchiaio di burro
4 pesche
Quantità di acqua da versare nella base:
fino al livello massimo

Sbattete le uova insieme allo zuc -
chero. Aggiungetevi il latte e le nocciole.
Per facilitarvi l’operazione potete utilizzare
Braun Multimix.
2.
Mettete il preparato nel recipiente per
il riso che prima avrete imburrato e poi
inseritelo nella vaschetta per la cottura a
vapore; fate cuocere per 20 minuti. Nel
frattempo dividete a metà le pesche,
togliete le nocciole e mettele, con la
buccia, nella seconda vaschetta.
3.
Trascorso il tempo di cottura del
pudding, togliete la vaschetta dall’appa-
recchio e posizionate quella con le pesche.
4.
Sovrapponetevi la vaschetta con il
pudding e fate cuocere tutto assieme per
altri 10 minuti.
5.
Mettete in frigorifero il recipiente con
il pudding e fate raffreddare per 4 ore.
Togliete la buccia alla pesche e fatele
raffreddare.
Tagliate il pudding a fette e servitelo come
dessert insieme alle pesche
