Germknödel
(für einen Dampfkorb)
Zutaten für 4 Portionen
Für den Teig:
250 g Mehl 40 g Zucker
1 Ei 40 g Margarine
100 ml Milch 20 g Trockenhefe
Für die Füllung:
3 EL Pflaumenmus 1 TL Zimt
2 EL Rum
Für den Belag:
150 g Butter 3 EL Zucker
3 EL Mohn
Flüssigkeitsmenge im Bodengefäß:
maximale Füllstandsmarkierung

(Wenn Sie ein Braun Küchengerät be -
sitzen, verwenden Sie den Knethaken, um
den Knödelteig herzustellen:) Mehl, Ei, er -
wärmte Milch, Zucker, Margarine und Hefe
gründlich kneten. Zugedeckt 30 Minu ten
gehen lassen.

Das Pflaumenmus mit Rum und Zimt
verrühren.
3.
Dann den Teig in 4 gleiche Teile portio-
nieren. Die einzelnen Teigportionen flach
drücken und einen Teelöffel des getränkten
Pflaumenmuses darauf geben.
4.
Mit der Hand Klöße daraus formen und
in die Reisschale legen. Die Klöße dürfen
sich nicht berühren. Germknödel noch 10
Minuten in der Reisschale gehen lassen,
die Reisschale in den Dampfkorb stellen
und 30 Minuten dämpfen.
5.
Kurz vor Ende der Garzeit die Butter in
einer Pfanne zerlassen. Den Zucker unter -
rühren und zum Schluß den Mohn dazuge-
ben. Bei schwacher Hitze 5 Minuten sim-
mern lassen.
6.
Die Germknödel auf einem Teller an -
rich ten. Mit der Mohn-Sauce begießen.
Heiß servieren.
Tortelli lievitati
(con una vaschetta di cottura)
(per 4 persone)
Impasto:
250 g di farina 40 g di zucchero
1 uovo 40 g di margarina
100 ml di latte 20 g di lievito di birra
Ripieno :
3 cucchiai di 2 cucchiai di rum
marmellata di prugne 1 cucchiaio di cannella
Glassatura :
150 g di burro 3 cucchiai di
3 cucchiai di semi zucchero
di papavero
Quantità di acqua da versare nella base:
fino al livello massimo

Preparate l’impasto con la farina,
l’uovo, il latte caldo, lo zucchero, la
mar garina e il lievito. Potete avere risultati
otti mali utilizzando Braun Multisystem.
Lasciate riposare per 30 minuti.
2.
Mescolate la marmellata di prugne con
il rum e la cannella.
3.
Con l’impasto preparate 4 porzioni
uguali, premetele fino ad appiattirle e spal-
matele con la marmellata passata nel rum
e cannella.
4.
Preparate dei tortelli e metteli nel
recipiente per il riso. I tortelli dovranno
rimanere separati gli uni dagli altri. Lasciate
riposare 10 minuti poi riponete il recipiente
nella vaschetta per la cottura a vapore e
fate cuocere per 30 minuti.
5.
In una padella fate sciogliere il burro,
aggiungete lo zucchero e i semi di papa-
vero. Fate cuocere per 5 minuti a fuoco
lento.
6.
Disponete i tortelli su un piatto e
cospargeteli con la glassa così ottenuta.
Serviteli caldi.
