Apfelkompott
(für einen Dampfkorb)
Zutaten für 4 Portionen
1 kg Äpfel
2 Päckchen Vanillezucker
2 EL Zucker
1 TL Zimt
100 g Rosinen
100 g Mandelstifte
3 EL Zitronensaft
Flüssigkeitsmenge im Bodengefäß:
minimale Füllstandsmarkierung

Äpfel schälen, Kerngehäuse entfernen
und in 1/8 Stücke schneiden. In den
Dampf korb geben. Mit Vanillezucker und
Zucker vermischen. Die Rosinen und Man -
delstifte darüber streuen und 15 Minuten
garen.
2.
Nach der Garzeit das Apfelkompott in
eine Schüssel füllen. Dann den Obstsaft
aus der Auffangschale mit Zitronensaft und
Zimt vermischen und das Apfelkompott
damit begießen.
3.
Das Kompott auf Zimmertemperatur
abkühlen lassen und im Kühlschrank kalt
stellen.
Composta di mele
(con una vaschetta di cottura)
(per 4 persone)
1 kg di mele
2 bustine di zucchero vanigliato
2 cucchiai di zucchero
1 cucchiaio di cannella
100 g di uvetta sultanina
100 g di mandorle
3 cucchiai di succo di limone
Quantità di acqua da versare nella base:
fino al livello minimo

Sbucciate le mele e toglietene i torsoli.
Tagliatele in 8 spicchi. Riponetele nella
vaschetta per la cottura a vapore. Unitevi
lo zucchero e lo zucchero vanigliato.
Cospargete con uva sultanina e mandorle e
fate cuocere per 15 minuti.
2.
Mettete la composta in una terrina;
mescolate il succo della cottura prelevato
dalla vaschetta raccogligocce con il
succo di limone e versatelo sulle mele.
3.
Fate raffreddare prima a temperatura
ambiente e poi in frigorifero.
