service. La gamme de température est de
100 à 210 °F.
Pour de meilleurs résultats :
Couvrir les éléments qui doivent rester humides, à
l’aide d’un couvercle ou de papier aliminium.
Attention
Pour la sécurité alimentaire, observer ce qui suit :
NE PAS utiliser le mode réchaud pour chauffer des
aliments froids (sauf pour rendre des croustilles,
craquelins ou céréales sèches ou réchauffer des
assiettes).
S’assurer de maintenir une température d’aliments
appropriée. L’USDA recommande de garder les
aliments chauds à 140 °F ou plus.
NE PAS réchauffer les aliments plus d’une heure.
