Helle Sauce
Zutaten:
40 g Mehl
30 g Butter
250 ml Instant-Brühe
250 ml Milch
Gewürze: Salz, weißer Pfeffer, Zucker
Zubereitung:
Geben Sie Mehl, Butter, die heiße Brühe
und Milch in eine Mikrowellen geeigne-
te Form, gut vermischen und bei voller
Leistung von 800 Watt in ca. 4-5 Minu-
ten unter zwischendurch kräftigem
Umrühren ankochen. Dann bei nur 300
Watt ca. weitere 4-5 Minuten kochen.
Erneut gut umrühren und mit den
Gewürzen abschmecken.
Vanillesauce
Zutaten:
250 ml Milch
Mark von einer 1/2 Vanilleschote
1 Becher Sahne (250 ml)
2 EL Speisestärke
3 EL Zucker
1 Eigelb
Zubereitung:
Verrühren Sie die Milch, Vanillemark,
Sahne, Speisestärke und Zucker in einer
Mikrowellen geeigneten Form. Bei 800
Watt ca. 4-5 Minuten aufkochen lassen,
zwischendurch einmal umrühren. Rüh-
ren Sie die fertige Sauce gut durch und
binden Sie sie mit Eigelb.
Milchreis
Zutaten:
250 g Milchreis
1 Liter Milch
1 TL Butter
40 g Zucker, Zimt und Zucker (zum
Bestreuen) oder Obstkompott
Gewürz: Salz
Zubereitung:
Geben Sie den Milchreis, Milch, eine
Prise Salz, Butter und den Zucker in eine
große Mikrowellen geeignete Form. Mit
Deckel bei voller Leistung von 800 Watt
in ca. 10-12 Minuten zum Kochen brin-
gen, dann umrühren und bei nur 100
Watt ca. 20-22 ausquellen lassen. Danach
noch einige Minuten stehen lassen,
anschließend durchrühren und je nach
Geschmack mit Zimt und Zucker bestreuen
oder Obstkompott zugeben.
