Sauce claire
Ingrédients :
40 g de farine
30 g de beurre
250 ml de bouillon instantané
250 ml de lait
Herbes : sel, poivre blanc, sucre
Préparation :
Mélangez la farine, le beurre, le bouil-
lons très chaud et le lait dans un réci-
pient adapté au micro-ondes et portez
à ébullition à pleine puissance de 800
watts pendant 4 à 5 minutes environ en
remuant bien de temps en temps. Faire
cuire à 300 watts pendant encore 4 -
5 minutes.
Remuez bien de nouveau et assaisonnez
avec des herbes.
Sauce à la vanille
Ingrédients :
250 ml de lait
Pulpe de
1/2 gousse de vanille
1 verre de crème (250 ml)
2 CS de fécule
3 CS de sucre
1 jaune d'oeuf
Préparation :
Mélangez le lait, la pulpe de vanille, la
crème, la fécule et le sucre dans un réci-
pient adapté au micro-ondes. A une
puissance de 800 watts, portez à ébulli-
tion pendant 4 à 5 minutes et remuez de
temps en temps. Mélangez bien la sauce
prête et liez cette dernière avec un jau-
ne d'oeuf.
Riz au lait
Ingrédients :
250 g de riz au lait
1 l de lait
1 CC de beurre
40 g de sucre, cannelle et sucre
( pour saupoudrer) ou de compote
de fruits
Epices : SEL
Préparation :
Mettez le riz au lait, le lait, une pincée
de sel, le beurre et le sucre dans un réci-
pient adapté au micro-ondes. Mettez à
chauffer à pleine puissance (800 watts
pendant 10-12 minutes, mélanger et lais-
sez absorber pendant 20-22 minutes à
100 watts. Laissez ensuite reposer quel-
ques minutes, remuez et saupoudrez de
cannelle et de sucre selon le goût ou ajou-
ter de la compote de fruit.
