ÉVIDEZ LES POMMES et remplissez-les
de pâte d'amandes ou d'un mé-
lange de cannelle, sucre et beurre.

au four.

POUR 4 PORTIONS , mélangez 2 jau-
nes d'œuf et 2 œufs entiers avec
3 cuillères à soupe de sucre et de
vanille. Faites chauffer 100 ml de
crème + 200 ml de lait puis mélan-
gez aux œufs (ou utilisez votre re-
cette habituelle). Versez le mélan-
ge dans des ramequins et couvrez
ceux-ci avec un film plastique.
