Potage jambon-pois verts
1 cs d’huile d’olive
150 g de jambon (en dés)
1 oignon, petit (grossièrement haché)
½ de poireau (coupé en anneaux)
1 oignon, finement haché
400 g de pois verts congelés
1 petite pomme de terre (coupée en petits dés)
1 petite carotte (coupée en petits dés)
500 ml de bouillon de légumes
1 cc (pleine) de thym séché
1 cs de poivre
Saler seulement à la fin
Du persil frais pour garnir
Préparation:
Ajouter l’huile, le jambon, les oignons, l’ail et le poireau dans le récipient de verre.
Régler la durée de cuisson à 25 minutes et activer la fonction Mid.
Laisser cuire à petit feu pendant 4 minutes.
Changer ensuite à la fonction High.
Ajouter les pois verts, le bouillon de poulet et le thym, faire cuire.
Ajouter le poivre environ 1 minute avant la fin de la cuisson, régler sur Mid.
Après le temps de cuisson, mettre en purée le potage au niveau 3.
Saler à la fin seulement, étant donné que les dés de jambon ont un goût salé.
