Sorbet aux poires
Ingrédients:
2 poires à couteau fermes et bien mûres
45 g de sucre
1 dl d’eau
1/2 cuillerée à soupe de jus de citron
Préparation:
Épluchez les poires et réduisez la pulpe en purée à l’aide d’un
mixeur plongeur. Amenez 1 dl d’eau à ébullition avec le sucre.
Faites bouillir jusqu’à ce que le sucre soit entièrement fondu.
Laissez refroidir un instant le sirop de sucre.
Incorporez le jus de citron et le sirop de sucre à la purée de
poires. Versez la préparation dans la sorbetière et faites tourner
environ 35 minutes jusqu’à obtention de la consistance d’une
glace. Après sa confection dans la sorbetière, mettez le sorbet
environ une demi-heure au freezer.

60 g de sucre
