QUICHE
Voor het deeg:
300 g bloem
2 eieren
150 g boter
½ theelepel zout
wat peper
snufje nootmuskaat
Beleg:
150 g geraspte kaas
200 g gekookte ham
of mager spek
2 eieren
250 g zure room
zout, peper en nootmuskaat
Bloem, boter, eieren en kruiden in een mengkom doen en er een glad
deeg van maken. Het deeg een aantal uren op een koele plaats zetten.
Aansluitend het deeg uitrollen en in een ingevette (28 cm) donkere
vorm doen. De bodem met een vork inprikken.
Ham of spek over het deeg verdelen.
De eieren, zure room en kruiden met elkaar mengen. Aansluitend de
kaas toevoegen en het geheel over de ham of spek gieten.
