AARDAPPELGRATIN
Voor het deeg:
1000 g aardappelen
1 theelepel zout, peper en nootmuskaat
2 teentjes knoflook
200 g geraspte kaas
3 eieren
100 ml melk
250 ml room
4 eetlepels boter
Schil de aardappelen, snijd deze in dunne plakken en droog deze plakjes
af. Bestrooi vervolgens met de kruiden. Een vuurvaste schaal met een
knoflookteentje insmeren en daarna met boter invetten.
Verdeel de helft van de aardappelen in de vorm en strooi er een beetje
geraspte kaas over. Leg de overige aardappelen hier bovenop en strooi
de rest van de geraspte kaas eroverheen.
Pers het tweede teentje knoflook fijn en meng dit met de eieren, melk
en room.
Het mengsel over de aardappelen gieten en de rest van de boter in
stukjes over de gratin verdelen.
