BRADEN
PIZZA (voor een bakblik of 2 ronde bakvormen)
Voor het deeg:
14 g gist
200 ml water
300 g bloem
3 g zout
1 eetlepel olie
Beleg:
1 blikje tomaten, gehakt
200 g emmentaler kaas, geraspt
100 g salami
100 g gekookte ham
150 g champignons (uit blik)
150 g Feta
Oregano
Gist in een schaal verkruimelen en in lauwwarm water oplossen. Bloem
met zout en olie vermengen en over de gistoplossing gieten. De ingre-
diënten zolang kneden tot een soepel deeg is ontstaan, dat van de
schaal loskomt. Het deeg vervolgens op een warme plaats laten rijzen,
tot het tweemaal zo hoog is.
Het deeg uitrollen en op een ingevette bakplaat leggen. Aansluitend
met een vork het deeg inprikken. De ingrediënten voor het beleg op het
deeg rangschikken.
