STORAGE CONDITIONS
Bikes are not designed for prolonged storage outdoors. Your bike should always be stored in a dry, heated place protected from other environmental influences. The
bike must be kept away from aggressive agents such as acids and solvents. If possible, we recommend hanging storage (e.g. with a wall bracket).
TYPE OF BIKE AND INTENDED USE
City, trekking, old-timer, folding & all-terrain bikes (ATB)
These bikes are designed for use on paved and public roads. The equipment required in accordance with the road traffic licensing regulations is generally supplied
with the bike. Before riding the bike for the first time, ensure that the necessary safety equipment is in place and in proper working order. These may have to be
added and retrofitted by you. Neither the manufacturer nor the dealer is liable for any damage resulting from use beyond the scope of this manual or from non-
compliance with the safety regulations. Damage caused by rental, leasing or participation in competitions is fully excluded from the warranty.
Mountain (MTB), dirt and cross bikes
These bikes are not designed for use on public roads and paths. Furthermore, these bikes are also not intended for use in demanding terrain. The safety equipment
required by the national road traffic regulations is usually not supplied with the bike and must be supplemented by you or a specialist, if required. Neither the
manufacturer nor the dealer is liable for any damage resulting from use beyond the scope of this manual, from improper use (jumps, stunts, tricks, wheelies,
downhill) or from non-compliance with the safety regulations. Damage caused by rental, leasing or participation in competitions is fully excluded from the warranty.
Racing bikes
These bikes are not designed for use on public roads and paths. Furthermore, these bikes are also not intended for use in demanding terrain. The safety equipment
