Berenjenas rellenas

2 Berenjenas medianas
150 g de zanahoria troceada
150 g de cebolla troceada
100 g de champiñón troceado
70 g de pimiento verde troceado
400 g de carne picada
400 g de tomate triturado
100 g de queso rallado
50 ml de aceite de oliva
2Dientesdeajo,sal,pimientayorégano
Elaboración:50minutosDicultad:baja
Cortamos las berenjenas por la mitad a lo largo,
y realizamos unos cortes en las mitades y rocia-
mos con aceite, sal y pimienta y reservamos en
una fuente de horno. Precalentamos el horno
a una temperatura de 220ºC e introducimos la
fuente durante 30 minutos. Mientras las beren-
jenas están en el horno añadimos en el vaso el
tomate, la zanahoria, la cebolla, el pimiento, el
ajo y el aceite y trituramos pulsando el botón
pulse durante unos segundos hasta que quede
bien triturado. Acabado este proceso progra-
mamos durante 25 minutos a una temperatura
de 120 ºC y una velocidad de 1. Cuando que-
den 22 minutos añadimos el champiñón por el
agujero de la tapa. Cuando queden 10 minutos
añadimos la carne picada por el agujero de la
tapa. Acabado el proceso de horneado retira-
mos las berenjenas y vaciamos las berenjenas.
Acabado el proceso de cocción añadimos la
lo que acabamos de vaciar de las berenjenas
por el agujero de la tapa y mezclamos pul-
sando el botón pulse durante unos segundos.
Acabado este proceso rellenamos las beren-
jenas con el relleno del vaso y espolvoreamos
con queso rallado. Introducimos en el horno
durante 10 minutos a una temperatura de
220ºC hasta que el queso este gratinado. Re-
tiramos y servimos.
