ThermoMatic multifunción
Fabada
Ideal como primer plato
Ingredientes: 2 personas
150 g de fabes
1 L de agua
1Dientesdeajo
50 g de cebolla
50 g de jamón en dados
50 g de beicon en dados
1/2 Chorizo
1/2 Morcilla
30 ml de aceite
50 ml de sidra
Sal, pimienta y pimentón
Elaboración:70minutosDicultad:baja
Ponemos las fabes a remojo en agua el día
antes. Ponemos las fabes y 1 l de agua en el
vaso y programamos durante 15 minutos a
una temperatura de 120ºC sin trituración. Es-
currimos las judías y volvemos a colocarlas en
el vaso y añadimos el otro litro de agua, el ajo,
la cebolla, el jamón, el beicon y el chorizo y
programamos durante 15 minutos a una tem-
peratura de 120 ºC sin trituración. Acabado el
proceso removemos y añadimos la morcilla, el
aceite, la sidra, la sal, la pimienta y el pimen-
tón y programamos durante 40 minutos a una
temperatura de 120 ºC sin trituración. Y una
vez finalizado tendremos lista nuestra fabada
asturiana. Servimos en cazuela de barro.
Menestra de verduras
Ideal como primer plato
Ingredientes: 2 personas
350 g de menestra congelada
50 g de panceta curada
Troceada
50 g de chorizo troceado
150 g de patata troceada
40 ml de aceite de oliva
350 ml de agua
Sal y pimienta
Elaboración:30minutosDicultad:baja
Ponemos el aceite, la panceta y el chorizo y
programamos durante 4 minutos a una tem-
peratura de 120 ºC sin trituración. Una vez ha
finalizado el proceso añadimos las patatas, la
menestra, la sal, la pimienta y el agua y progra-
mamos durante 25 minutos (hemos echado la
verdura sin descongelar si es descongelada
programamos 20 minutos) a una temperatura.
