Arroz caldoso de verduras

Ingredientes: 2 personas
70 g de tomate triturado
70 g de cebolla troceada
50 g de alubia blanca cocida
100 g de judías verdes troceada
50 g de calabacín troceado
50 g de berenjena troceado
50 g de zanahoria troceada
50 g de puntas de espárrago
50 g de nabo amarillo troceado
100 g de aceite de oliva
200 g de arroz bomba
1000 ml de agua
1 Alcachofa troceada
2Dientesdeajo
Sal, pimienta y pimentón

Ponemos en el vaso el tomate, la cebolla, el
ajo, el aceite, las judías, el calabacín, la beren-
jena, la zanahoria, las puntas de espárragos, el
nabo y 500 ml de agua y trituramos pulsando
el botón pulse hasta que quede bien triturado.
Añadimos. El aceite y programamos durante 15
minutos a una temperatura de 120 ºC y una ve-
locidad de 1. Acabado este proceso añadimos
el pimentón, la sal, la pimienta y el agua restan-
te y programamos durante 10 minutos a una
temperatura de 120ºC sin trituración. Acabado
este proceso de cocción añadimos la alcacho-
fa y el azafrán (opcional) y programamos a una
temperatura de 120 ºC sin trituración. Cuando
el agua este hirviendo añadimos el arroz por
el agujero de la tapa y cocinamos durante 18
minutos. Cuando queden 5 minutos añadimos
las alubias por el agujero de la tapa. Una vez
finalizado el proceso verificamos el punto de sal
y servimos en una cazuela de barro.
