10 | Instructions for use – Multi-functional home gym
2. Place the lower beam behind the rear cross beam
with the footrest placed downwards.
3. Fasten the row plate and the lower beam by
placing the bolt through the row plate, the rear
cross beam and the lower beam and fasten with
the nut and the washer.
STEP 7 – PLATE CARRIAGE AND CHROME LAT

INSTRUCTION
1. Place the lat pull tube over the top of the lower
beam, align the holes.
2. Fasten the lat pull tube by placing the bolt
through the lat pull tube and the lower beam,
fasten with the nut and the washer. Place the
washer on both sides of the bolt.
3. Place the plate carriage over the lat pull tube
and slowly move downwards till it can rest on
the lower beam. Assure the side with the plate
handles is facing away from the article.
STEP 8 – TOP BEAM

INSTRUCTION
1. Place the top beam over the rear cross beam
while facing the short side downwards and the
long side towards the article.
2. Place the short side of the top beam over the lat
pull tube and fasten with the bolt (1), nut and the
washers. Place the washer on both sides of the
bolt.
3. Place the bolt plate on the downside of the rear
cross beam and align the holes.
4. Place the bolt (2) through the top beam, rear
cross beam and bolt plate and fasten with the nut
and the washers. Place the washer on both sides
of the bolt.
STEP 9 – TOP CABLE

INSTRUCTION
1. Place the side of the cable with the bolt at the end
through the downside hole of the top beam.
2. Take the cable out of the second hole of the top
beam and place through the third hole of the top
beam (on the short side).
3. Pull the cable downwards and fasten the bolt of
the cable on to the plate carriage.
4. Pull the subsequent cable downwards from the
third hole of the top beam (on the short side) till
the cable is stringent and in line with the lat pull
tube.
STEP 10 – PULLEY SECTION

INSTRUCTION
1. Place three pulleys into the top beam. Start with
the installation of the rst pulley at the end of
long part of the top beam. Place the pulley from
below into the designated hole so the cable is
placed above the pulley.
2. Fasten the pulley by placing the bolt (1) through
the top beam and the pulley and fasten with the
nut and the washer.
3. Repeat this step for the remaining two designated
holes in the top beam.
4. Fasten the pulley brace on the pulley by placing
the bolt (3) through the pulley brace and the
pulley and fasten with the nut and the washer.
5. Place a pulley on the cable which is hanging
between the long and short part of the top beam.
The cable should be facing downwards from the
pulley.
6. Combine the fastened pulley brace and pulley to
the pulley installed in step 5. Fasten these two
parts together by placing the bolt (1) through the
pulley brace and the pulley and fasten with nut
and washer.
7. Place one Musketon hook at the beginning of the
cable.
STEP 11 – LOWER CABLE AND PULLEY

INSTRUCTION
1. Place the end of the cable through the row plate
and through the lower pulley hanging between
the long and short part of the top beam.
2. Place one Musketon hook through the designated
hole at the end of the cable.
3. Attach the chain to the end of the cable by using
the Musketon hook.
4. Place one Musketon hook at the end of the chain
and fasten the cable to the designated hole at the
lower beam.
5. Place one Musketon hook through the designated
hole at the beginning of the cable.
6. Attach the chain to the beginning of the cable by
using the Musketon hook.
7. Place one Musketon hook at the beginning of the
chain.
8. Place the pulley through the hole of the row plate
so the cable is pushed out.
9. Fasten the pulley on the rear cross beam by
placing the bolt through the rear cross beam and
pulley and fasten with the nut and the washer.
Place the washer on both sides of the bolt.
STEP 12 – BAR CONNECTOR

INSTRUCTION
1. Fasten the bar connector to the upright frame
by placing the bolt through the bar connector
and the upright frame and fasten with the nut
and the washer. Place the washer on both sides
of the bolt. Make sure the moving part of the bar
connector is facing downwards.
