Cooking Instructions
In covered roasting pans you can brown large joints of meat, either whole
or divided into portions, or even meat roulades or stuffed vegetables and any similar
dishes on the hob and then braise them in the oven.
Using the appropriate insert you can gently steam fish, vegetables and asparagus.
Instructions for induction hobs
At a high setting there may be a humming sound. This noise occurs for technical rea-
sons and does not indicate a fault in your cooker or cookware.
The diameter of the base of the pan and the size of the hob must correspond otherwise
the hob (magnetic field) may not react to the base of the pan.
Please Note
The oval shape means for technical reasons the base cannot be completely flat. So you
may find that the covered roasting pan does not lie completely flat on the hob/hot-
plate. This does not affect the cooking function in any way.
