Sbattete lo zucchero e la vanillina con le uova a
temperatura ambiente fi no ad ottenere un composto
cremoso. Aggiungete il burro fatto ammorbidire.
Setacciate la farina e aggiungete il lievito.
Incorporate farina e latte alternandoli e mescolate fi no
ad ottenere un composto denso. Imburrate e infarinate
la tortiera ad anello e versate metà impasto.
Miscelate all’impasto rimasto il cacao setacciato.
Aggiungete quindi la seconda parte di composto
nella tortiera e cercate di creare una spirale bicolore
ruotando una forchetta nell’impasto.
Selezionate dal menu “RICETTE” la categoria “DOLCI”
ed infi ne la ricetta “CIAMBELLA VARIEGATA” e
confermate.
