Sbattete le uova, lo zucchero, la vanillina e il sale fi no
ad ottenere un impasto spumoso.
Aggiungete il burro ammorbidito a temperatura
ambiente e mescolate lentamente.
Aggiungete la farina setacciata e il lievito.
Sbattete il tutto fi no ad ottenere un impasto liscio
ed omogeneo. Sbucciate le pere, tagliatele a pezzetti
ed unitele all’impasto. Unite anche le scaglie di
cioccolato.
Versate l’impasto in una tortiera imburrate e
infarinata.
Selezionate dal menu “RICETTE” la categoria “DOLCI”
ed infi ne la ricetta “TORTA DI PERE E CIOCCOLATO” e
confermate.

accompagnata con una salsa crema inglese
profumata alla grappa.
