VERDURE GRATINATE
Ingredienti per 4/6 porzioniIngredienti per 4/6 porzioni
Lavate e tagliate la verdura. Sbollentatela per
pochi minuti in acqua calda e salata, scolatela e
asciugatela.
Imburrate il contenitore e disponete la verdura.
Ricoprite con la salsa besciamella.
Mescolate il formaggio e il pane grattugiati e
cospargeteli sopra la besciamella.
Aggiungete a piacere dei fi occhetti di burro.
Preparazione della salsa besciamella:
Sciogliete il burro, aggiungete la farina a pioggia
mescolando bene, in
modo da non creare grumi. Incorporate il latte poco
alla volta e fate cuocere
continuando a mescolare fi no ad ottenere la densità
desiderata.
A fi ne cottura aggiungete un poco di sale e un pizzico
di noce moscata.

“VERDURE” ed infi ne la ricetta “VERDURE GRATINATE”
e confermate.

1 cucchiaio di pane grattato
occhi di burro (a piacere)

25g di burro
30g di farina
500ml di latte
sale, noce moscata
