PESCE IN CROSTA

Preparazione per la pasta di sale:
Unite alla farina, il sale, l’acqua, tutti gli aromi tritati
molto fi nemente e impastate fi no ad ottenere un
composto omogeneo.
Pulite il pesce, squamatelo, asciugatelo bene e
sfi lettatelo. Tirate un fondo di pasta di sale, adagiatevi
sopra i fi letti di pesce, spennellate i bordi con l’uovo
sbattuto e ricoprite con un altro strato di pasta dello
spessore di mezzo centimetro cercando di mantenere
la forma del pesce. Spennellate con l’uovo sbattuto e
cuocete in forno.
Selezionate dal menu “RICETTE” la categoria “PESCE”
ed infi ne la ricetta “PESCE IN CROSTA” e confermate.
