Tagliate il fi letto in 4/5 parti. Ungete una pirofi la
da forno con metà dell’olio di oliva e adagiatevi il
salmone precedentemente massaggiato con sale e
pepe in modo uniforme.
Tritate insieme pane, basilico, timo e aglio e distribuite
generosamente questa impanatura sul salmone.
