7.7 ERWEITERTES PROGRAMM 7
Prognosen
Mit dem WaterRower S4-Monitor können Sie sich Ihre
Prognosen (in Prozent für eine bestimmte 2-km-Zeit)
anzeigen lassen. Diese Option ist nur während eines
2-km-Trainings verfügbar.
Gehen Sie mit der Taste “Advanced” die Optionen Ihrer
erweiterten Programme durch. Wenn das erweiterte
Programm “7” markiert ist, drücken Sie auf OK. Geben
Sie mit Hilfe der Scrolltaste die von Ihnen erwartete Zeit
für das 2-km-Training im Intensitätsfenster ein. Drücken
Sie auf OK, wenn die geplante 2-km-Dauer erreicht
wurde.

Wassermenge im Tank
Der WaterRower S4-Monitor ermöglicht es Ihnen, die
Wassermenge im Tank einzugeben. Die Wassermenge
im Tank ist für die Berechnung der Kraft (Watt) nötig.
Gehen Sie mit der Taste “Advanced” die Optionen Ihrer
erweiterten Programme durch. Wenn das erweiterte
Programm “8” markiert ist, drücken Sie auf OK. Geben
Sie mit den Pfeiltasten die Wassermenge im Tank im
Intensitätsfenster ein. Drücken Sie auf OK, wenn die
eingefüllte Wassermenge im Tank erreicht wurde. Die
eingefüllte Wassermenge können Sie an der am Tank
seitlich angebrachten Anzeige ablesen.
7.9 ERWEITERTES PROGRAMM 9
Firmware-Version / Gesamtdistanz des Gerätes
Der WaterRower S4-Monitor zeigt auch die Firmware-
Version (die Softwareversion, die auf dem Monitor
installiert ist) und die Gesamtdistanz, die auf dem
Gerät zurückgelegt wurde, an.
Gehen Sie mit der Taste “Advanced” die Optionen Ihrer
erweiterten Programme durch. Wenn das erweiterte
Programm “9” markiert ist, drücken Sie auf OK.
Die gesamte zurückgelegte Distanz (in Kilometern) und
die Firmware-Version werden angezeigt.
