Attaching The workpiece supports (Fig. E)
1. Slide the extension arm (4) out of the frame (9)
until the desired length is reached.
2. Now insert a extension arm knob (6) into the
corresponding hole on the frame turn it clock-
wise to secure the extension arm (4) in place,
as shown on figure E.
3. Insert a workpiece support (2) into the collar
on the extension arm (4). The side with the end
stop (5) should be facing inwards towards the
centre of the stand.
4. Insert a workpiece support knob (3) into the ex-
tension arm (4) and turn it clockwise to tighten
the workpiece support (2) into place.
7. Repeat the same procedure with the opposite
extension arm.
Attaching the mitre saw mounting bars (Fig. F)
Only use a mitre saw that has four fixing
holes (one in each corner of the base) on
this stand. If the mitre saw does not meet
this requirement, do not use it with this
stand as the mitre saw cannot be properly
secured. Failure to follow this direction may
result in damage to property and/or
personal injury.
1. Ensure the mounting bar levers (14) are in
opened position (facing upwards).
2. Lower the front part of the mounting bars (7)
and subsequently the rear part onto the frame,
as shown on figure F.
3. Now lock the mounting bar into place by push-
ing the mounting bar levers (14) downwards.
Attaching A Mitre Saw (Fig. G, H)
During operation and before starting a new
job, ensure that all screws and nuts are
tightened correctly and securely.
1. Adjust the mounting bars (7) to roughly the
width of the mitre saw base.
2. Place the mitre saw on the mounting bars (7)
and line up the holes in the mitre saw base with
the slots on the mounting bars (7).
3. Feed a bolt through the bottom of the mounting
bar (7) then through the base of the mitre saw.
4. Slide a washer and then a spring washer onto
the bolt and fasten it with a nut.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for the other four holes on
the mitre saw base.
Attaching other types of machines that do not fit
the standard mounting bars
Do not mount a table saw on this miter saw
stand. Aggressive feeding of sheet
materials into the table saw could cause
the stand to tip over.
To mount different machine types (that do not fit
onto the mitre saw mounting bars), VONROC offers
MS807AA universal machine supports. To mount
these universal machine supports:
1. Connect the universal machine supports to the
mounting bars (7) and secure them with 4 hex-
agonal screws, 4 washers, 4 spring washers and
4 hexagonal nuts as supplied with the MS807AA
universal machine supports.
2. Place your tabletop machine onto the universal
machine supports.
3. Fasten the tabletop machine with 4 hexagonal
screws, 4 washers, 4 spring washers and 4 hex-
agonal nuts as supplied with the Mitre saw stand.
4. Tighten the screws after assembly.
5. Fasten the mounting bars (7) with the mounted
tabletop machine on the mitre saw stand, as
described in ‘Attaching A Mitre Saw

4. OPERATION
Do not use the mitre saw stand until it is
completely assembled and you have read
and understood this entire manual and the
manual of the tool being used with this
mitre saw stand.
Do not use the mitre saw stand for
scaffolding or as a ladder. Make sure to
securely tighten all fasteners before use.
Maximum capacity is 150kg. Power tools
on the mitre saw stand should not exceed a
combined overall height of 150cm from the
floor.
Adjusting The Extension Arms (Fig. E, I)
1. Turn the extension arm knob (6) on the frame
counter-clockwise to loosen it.
2. Pull the extension arm (4) out to the desired
length. Note: The maximum extension length
