2. Gehen Sie auf eine der folgenden oder auf beide Weisen vor:
• Wählen Sie die Kontrollkästchen für die Elemente, die Sie
synchronisieren möchten. Falls Sie kein Kontrollkästchen
auswählen können, müssen Sie evtl. die Auswahl des
Kontrollkästchens für den selben Informationstyp anderswo in
der Liste aufheben.
• Entwählen Sie die Kontrollkästchen für die Elemente, die Sie
nicht synchronisieren möchten.
3. Wenn Sie die Synchronisierung mit einem PC komplett beenden
möchten, tippen Sie auf den PC und dann auf Löschen.
Notizen Outlook-E-Mail kann nur mit einem Computer synchronisiert werden.
Wenn Sie die zur Verfügung stehenden Synchronisierungseinstellungen
ändern möchten, wählen Sie den Informationstyp und tippen Sie dann
auf Einstellungen.
So synchronisieren Sie direkt mit Exchange Server
Sie können eine Synchronisierung mit Exchange Server in Ihrem
Gerät durchführen, falls Ihnen dies über Ihre Firma oder einen
Wireless-Dienstanbieter zur Verfügung steht. Sie sollten allerdings zuerst
Ihren Adminstrator nach folgenden Informationen fragen, bevor Sie mit
den Schritten fortfahren: Name des Exchange Servers, Ihr Benutzername,
Kennwort und Domänenname.
1. Tippen Sie in ActiveSync auf dem Gerät auf Menü > Server
konfigurieren. Falls Sie noch keine Synchronisierung mit Exchange
Server eingerichtet haben, sehen Sie Serverquelle hinzufügen.
2. Geben Sie unter Serveradresse den Namen des Servers ein, der
Exchange Server ausführt und tippen Sie auf Weiter.
3. Geben Sie Ihren Benutzernamen, Kennwort und Domäne ein und
tippen Sie auf Weiter.
• Wenn Sie die Regeln für die Behebung von Synchronisierungs-
konflikten ändern möchten, tippen Sie auf Erweitert.
4. Wählen Sie die Kontrollkästchen für die Arten von
Informationselementen, die Sie mit Exchange Server
synchronisieren möchten.
5. Wenn Sie die zur Verfügung stehenden Synchronisierungs-
einstellungen ändern möchten, wählen Sie den Informationstyp
und tippen Sie dann auf Einstellungen.
6. Tippen Sie auf Fertig.
