To set up phone numbers or rules for activating simultaneous ringing
1. Select Call services > Ring simultaneous numbers > Edit.
2. Select whether you want the listed devices to ring if you're already on a call on your desk phone.
3. Select Add to add a phone number to the list.
4. Select Add a rule... to enter the criteria for when simultaneous ringing is active.
Phone numbers can't be edited
You can't edit a phone number in your list. Instead you must delete the current entry and add a new
entry.
Sequential ringing
With sequential ringing, an incoming call to your One Net number rings all your devices in sequence.
You can set up rules that define when sequential ringing is on and what types of call should trigger it. At least
one rule must be active for sequential ringing to operate.
You can add up to five phone numbers or extensions to ring in turn and you can choose whether or not these
devices should ring if you're already on a call.
While the call is ringing on each of your devices, messages are played periodically to the caller so they know
the system is attempting to find you.
To set up sequential ringing
1. Select Call services > Ring sequential numbers > Edit.
2. Enter up to five phone numbers to ring in sequence when you have a call.
3. Set up the following options:

Ring the main number
first
Rings your main phone first when you have an incoming call. Choose how long the
phone should ring before trying another number. You can set the number of rings to
between 2 and 20.
The number of rings you enter here is also used by voicemail and forwarding
unanswered calls.
