Claves para la regulación de las velocidades
Para minimizar las salpicaduras, siempre comience el proceso de licuado con
el dial de velocidad variable en 1 y vaya aumentando la velocidad lentamente
hasta llegar a la regulación deseada.
Utilice la regulación más alta establecida en la receta por el máximo tiempo
de procesamiento posible para hacer jugos naturales, sopas, licuados, mezclas
congeladas, purés, mantecas de frutos secos y para moler granos. Los tiempos
de procesamiento generalmente serán de menos de un minuto (la mayoría dura
menos de 30 segundos). Una velocidad más alta proporciona la mejor calidad
de refinamiento.
Licuar durante una gran cantidad de tiempo en una velocidad demasiado baja
recalentará el aparato y provocará que la protección automática contra sobrecargas
lo apague. El licuado a velocidades más altas maximiza el ventilador de refrigeración
del motor a fin de evitar recalentamiento.
Si la mezcla deja de circular, puede haber atrapado una burbuja de aire. Para resolver
esta situación, inserte el bastón-compactador a través del tapón de la tapa y mezcle
hasta que escuche que la burbuja explotó. Si esto no funciona, presione el interruptor
de Encendido / Apagado para detener el motor. Retire el vaso de la base del motor
y utilice una espátula de goma para presionar y remover la burbuja de aire lejos de
las cuchillas. Vuelva a colocar el vaso sobre la base del motor, coloque de nuevo la
tapa y continúe licuando.
