Garantía completa del aparato por siete años
1. Registro del producto.
Vita-Mix® Corporation (“Vitamix”) recomienda que registre su compra completando
y devolviendo la tarjeta de registro del producto que vino con este aparato.
Puede registrarlo en línea en vitamix.com/warranty; o comunicándose con nuestro
Departamento de Atención al Cliente al 1-800-848-2649 o 1-440-235-4840. Si no
registra su aparato, esto no afectará su derecho a la garantía. Sin embargo, el
registro de su compra permitirá que Vitamix le brinde un mejor servicio con
respecto a cualquiera de sus necesidades como cliente.
2. Quién puede reclamar la garantía.
Esta garantía es extendida por Vitamix al dueño de este aparato para uso
doméstico y personal únicamente. Esta garantía no se aplica a productos usados
para fines comerciales, de alquiler o de reventa. En caso de que la propiedad del
aparato cambie durante el período de siete años, por favor actualice la información
del dueño del aparato en vitamix.com/warranty.
3. Alcance de la garantía.
Vitamix garantiza al dueño que si este aparato (un “aparato” consiste en una
base de motor de licuadora y cualquier vaso que se compre conjuntamente)
funciona de manera defectuosa dentro de los siete años a partir de la fecha de
compra debido a un defecto en el material o en la fabricación o como resultado
del desgaste normal ocasionado por el uso doméstico regular, Vitamix reparará,
dentro de los 30 días de la recepción del producto devuelto, el aparato o su
componente defectuoso sin cargo.
Si, a criterio de Vitamix, el aparato o componente defectuoso no puede repararse,
Vitamix podrá optar entre (A) reemplazar el aparato sin cargo o (B) reembolsar
el monto total del precio de compra al dueño, salvo que Vitamix reciba previamente
una notificación escrita que exprese la preferencia del cliente.
4. No alcanzado por la garantía.
Esta garantía no se aplica a los aparatos que han sido utilizados comercialmente
o para fines de carácter no doméstico. Esta garantía no cubre los cambios estéticos
que no afecten el desempeño, como la decoloración, los efectos resultantes del uso
de abrasivos o limpiadores o la acumulación de alimentos. Esta garantía es válida
únicamente si el aparato es usado y mantenido de acuerdo con las instrucciones,
advertencias y precauciones establecidas en el manual del usuario.
Vitamix no será responsable por el costo de ninguna reparación de garantía
no autorizada.
LA REPARACIÓN, EL REEMPLAZO O EL REEMBOLSO DEL PRECIO DE COMPRA
SON LAS SOLUCIONES EXCLUSIVAS PARA EL COMPRADOR Y LA ÚNICA
RESPONSABILIDAD DE VITAMIX SEGÚN ESTA GARANTÍA. NINGÚN EMPLEADO
O REPRESENTANTE DE VITAMIX ESTÁ AUTORIZADO PARA PROPORCIONAR
CUALQUIER GARANTÍA ADICIONAL NI REALIZAR NINGUNA MODIFICACIÓN A ESTA
GARANTÍA QUE PUEDA SER VINCULANTE PARA VITAMIX. EN CONSECUENCIA, EL
COMPRADOR NO DEBE FIARSE DE NINGUNA DECLARACIÓN ADICIONAL HECHA
POR EMPLEADOS O REPRESENTANTES DE VITAMIX. EN NINGÚN CASO, YA SEA A
RAÍZ DE UN CONTRATO, UNA INDEMNIZACIÓN, UNA GARANTÍA, UN DERECHO DE
DAÑOS (INCLUIDA LA NEGLIGENCIA), UNA RESPONSABILIDAD OBJETIVA U
