ELASTIEK INNAAIEN
Opgelet:
Zorg ervoor dat het toestel uitgeschakeld is.
- Klap het beweegbare bovenmes in (p. 23).
Opgelet:
Zorg ervoor dat het grijperdeksel gesloten
is terwijl u naait.
- Verdeel het elastiek en de plaats waar het elastiek
ingenaaid moet worden in vier delen en markeer
met een in water oplosbare marker.
- Plaats het elastiek aan de averechtse kant van de stof
en zorg ervoor dat zowel het elastiek als de stof
effen liggen.
- Plaats het geheel evenwijdig met de rand van de
naaldplaat.
- Elastiek moet u naaien met de 3-draads overlocksteek
of de 4-draads overlock valse veiligheidssteek.
- Nadat u het elastiek met 2-3 steken vastgehecht hebt,
gaat u door met naaien terwijl u de stof door de
machine laat glijden en u heel zachtjes met uw
rechterhand aan het elastiek trekt (deel per deel).
- Gebruik uw linkerhand om de stof evenwijdig te
houden met de rand van de naaldplaat.
