DIFFERENTIEELTRANSPORT
DIFFERENTIEELTRANSPORT
(enkel met machine met differentieel transport)
- Differentieel transport is een systeem dat de stof “ verlengt ”
of “ verzamelt ”als het aantal tanden van de voorste
transporteur verschilt van het aantal tanden van de achterste
transporteur.- De verhouding van differentieel transport gaat
van 1:0,77 tot 1:2;0. Aanpassingen worden gemaakt met
behulp van de regelknop voor de transporteur zoals
afgebeeld.
- Het gebruik van differentieel transport is heel nuttig om
omslagnaden te naaien in stretchstoffen of schuin
geknipte stoffen.

(gebruik de gewone naaldplaat)
- Verzamelde omslagnaden zijn het meest geschikt voor het
plooien van mouwen, schouder- en heupstukken, voor- en
achterlijven, rokzomen enz. in stretchstoffen zoals breiwerk
en jersey alvorens de stukken tot een kledingstuk samen te
voegen.

Opgelet:
Zorg ervoor dat het toestel uitgeschakeld is.
- Open het grijperdeksel en draai de duimschroef van de
hendel voor het differentieel transport los.
- Beweeg de hendel naar beneden tot net onder het midden.
Draai de duimschroef terug vast.
Merk op:
De instelling zal verschillen naargelang het gebruikte materiaal en de hoeveelheid stof die geplooid moet worden.
- Als de hendel op maximum ingesteld staat, verandert de steeklengte automatisch naar 3mm als de voorgaande instelling
hoger was dan
“3”
.
- Zet de hendel terug in het midden om normale omslagnaden te naaien.
Opgelet:
Zorg ervoor dat het grijperdeksel gesloten is terwijl u naait.
