- Klap het beweegbare bovenmes in (p. 23).
Opgelet:
Zorg ervoor dat de frontplaat gesloten is terwijl u naait.
- Naai op de snijrand van de stof.
- Stop met naaien net vóór u de hoek bereikt en vouw
de stof naar links om de hoek te effenen.
- Blijf traag naaien terwijl u het stofeinde in een
rechte lijn vasthoudt en de vouw beweegt terwijl u naait.
SPELDEN PLAATSEN
- Plaats spelden altijd links van de persvoet.
Zo kan u ze gemakkelijk verwijderen en geraken
ze niet onder de messen.
Opgelet:
Over spelden heen naaien beschadigt het snijvlak van de
messen en/of maakt het kapot.
DE DRAADKETTING VASTMAKEN
- Rijg de draadketting in een naainaald met een groot
oog in (zoals bv. een tapijtnaald).
- Breng de naald in het einde van de naad in om de
draadketting vast te maken.

Om de draadketting van een rolzoom vast te maken,
zie p. 27.
