Harina de semillas de guar 15 g 30 g
Huevo y agua 150 g = 2 huevos más agua 300 g = 4 huevos más agua

Los fideos de arroz se deben preparar inmediatamente y estando frescos. Llevar brevemente a
ebullición en agua hirviendo con sal y retirarlos de inmediato del agua. Los fideos de arroz no se
pueden dejar secar dado que se desmenuzan.
Palitos sabrosos de masa quebrada
Accesorio n.º 11 para grisines y palitos de masa quebrada
Harina de trigo tipo W100/170 350 g
Levadura seca de panadería 1 sobre
Leche caliente 100 g
Mantequilla líquida 100 g
Concentrado de caldo de
verduras en polvo
1 cucharadita
Programa automático
Además se necesita: 1 huevo y un poco de nata
Verter la harina, el caldo de verduras y la levadura en el recipiente de amasado. Mezclar la
mantequilla y la leche y verter a través del orificio de la tapa. Cortar la tira de masa a la longitud
deseada (p. ej., 10-15 cm). Batir 1 huevo con 1 cucharadita de nata y untar los palitos con ello.
Espolvorear con sésamo, semillas de amapola, sal gruesa, comino o semillas de lino al gusto.
Precalentar el horno a 200 °C, colocar los palitos sobre una bandeja de horno engrasada y hornear
unos 15 minutos a 200 °C.
