Biscottti al burro

– 125g di burro morbido

–

3/4 tazza di zucchero semolato

–

1 cucchiaino di zucchero vanigliato

1 uovo

– 2 tazze (300 g) di farina

–

1 cucchiaino di lievito in polvere

1. Preparare il robot e inserire la frusta per amalgamare.

2. Selezionare la velocità 5. Amalgamare il burro fino ad ottenere un

impasto spumoso. Aggiungere lo zucchero, lo zucchero vanigliato, e

l'uovo e amalgamare fino ad ottenere un impasto leggero e spumoso.

3. Setacciare il lievito e la farina.

4. Selezionare la velocità 2. Aggiungere la farina e il lievito e amalgamare

leggermente l'impasto. Non amalgamare troppo

5. Con l'impasto formare dei mucchietti di un cucchiaino colmo.

Posare i mucchietti su una placca ricoperta da carta da forno e

premere con una forchetta infarinata dando la forma ai biscotti.

Lasciare spazio sufficiente tra i biscotti perché aumentano di volume.

6. Cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 190 °C per ca. 12-15 minuti o

finché i biscotti non sono leggermente dorati.

7. Togliere dalla placca e lasciare raffreddare su una grata.

Biscotti all'arancia

–

1 porzione di pasta per biscotti al burro, ma senza zucchero vanigliato

(vedi sopra).

Aggiungere 1 cucchiaio di zeste d'arancia tritate fini al posto

dello zucchero vanigliato.

Nota

– Se lavorate con delle porzioni piccole, spegnere di tanto in tanto il robot

e staccare il composto dalle pareti del recipiente con una spatola.
