Honey-Roasted Salmon
Ingredients:
3/4 cup honey
1/3 cup sweet soy sauce
2(4-oz). salmon fillets
2 tbsp. light brown sugar
2 tbsp. light brown sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. olive oil
1 scallion, chopped finely
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
Salt & ground black pepper, to season
Cooking:
1. Combine all the ingredients (except the salmon, salt and ground black pepper) in a saucepan
over low heat.
2. Bring to a boil and then lower to a simmer.
3. Continued 15 mins, stirring often.
4. Rub each salmon fillet with olive oil and season with the salt and ground black pepper.
5. Place the salmon on the Crisper Trays.
6. Insert Drip Tray into bottom of the Unit (for easy clean-up).
7. If you need, you can Preheat the machine at first.
Press the Preheat Button. (The operation makes food more delicious.)
8. Place the Crisper Trays in the air fryer. (NOICE: always use oven mitts when oven is hot).
Press the Power Button and then the Seafood Button (12-min cooking time) and increase
the cooking temperature to 165 °C, to begin the cooking cycle.
9. Once the cooking cycle has finished, brush the salmon with the sauce.
10. Return the salmon to the air fryer. (NOICE: always use oven mitts when oven is hot).
Press the Power Button and then the Seafood Button, increase the cooking temperature to
165°C, and decrease the cooking time to 10 mins, to begin the cooking cycle.
11. Serve with the sauce and chopped scallions.
Bang Bang Shrimp
Ingredients:
1 cup cornstarch
1/4 tsp. Dried sriracha powder
2 lb. (21-25) shrimp (peeled deveined)
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Iceberg lettuce, for serving
Cooking:
1. Mix the dried sriracha and cornstarch together in a bowl.
2. Coat the shrimp in the cornstarch mix.
3. Place the shrimp in a single layer onto the Crisper Trays.
4. Insert Drip Tray into bottom of the Unit (for easy clean-up)
5. If you need, you can Preheat the machine at first. Press the Preheat Button.

6. Place the Crisper Trays in the air fryer. (NOICE: always use oven mitts when oven is hot).
Press the Power Button and then the Fries Button 200°C for 15 mins, to begin the
cooking cycle. Flip the shrimp after 10 mins (NOICE: always use oven mitts when oven is hot).
7. While the shrimp cooking, combine the mayonnaise and sweet chili sauce
8. Serve the shrimp over lettuce and with the sauce for dipping.
Chicken Tenders
Ingredients:
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. Smoked paprika
1 cup flour
1 lb. Chicken tenders
2 eggs (beaten for egg wash)
2 cups panko breadcrumbs
Cooking:
1. Mix together the garlic, onion, salt, ground black pepper, paprika, and flour in a bowl.
2. Dredge the chicken in the seasoned flour.
3. Dip the chicken into the egg.
4. Coat the chicken with the panko breadcrumbs.
5. Place the chicken into the Crisper Trays.
6. Insert Drip Tray into bottom of the Unit (for easy clean-up).
7. If you need, you can Preheat the machine at first.
Press the Preheat Button. (The operation makes food more delicious.)
8. Place the Crisper Trays in the air fryer. (NOICE: always use oven mitts when oven is hot).
9. Press the Power Button. Adjust time of 190°C for 20mins, to begin the cooking cycle.
Veggie Chips
Ingredients:
3 large parsnips, peeled & sliced very thin
3 medium-sized beets, peeled &sliced very thin
2 medium-sized sweet potatoes, peeled &sliced very thin
Cooking:
1. Insert Drip Tray into bottom of the Unit (for easy clean-up).
2. If you need, you can Preheat the machine at first. Press the Preheat Button. (The operation
makes food more delicious.)
3. Layer the sliced parsnips, beets, and sweet potatoes onto the Crisper Trays.
(Do not overlap the vegetable.)
4. Place the crisper trays in the air fryer (NOICE: always use oven mitts when oven is hot).
Press the Power Button and increase the cooking temperature to 45°C and the cooking time to
10 mins, to begin the cooking cycle. Additional time may be added for crispier chips.
Fried Chicken
Ingredients:
5 chicken leg 4 chicken thighs
5 chicken wings 3 cups buttermilk
2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Ground black pepper
1 tbsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. Garlic powder
1 tbsp. Paprika
6 cups corn flakes, crushed
Cooking:
1. Marinate the chicken in the buttermilk for at least 30 mins, the best in the refrigerator
(preferably overnight).
2. Mix the salt, ground black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and corn flakes
together in bowl.
3. 3.Roll the chicken in the corn flakes and spice mixture to coat well.
4. Place the chicken into the Crisper Trays.
5. Insert Drip Tray into bottom of the Unit (for easy clean-up).
6. If you need, you can Preheat the machine at first.
Press the Preheat Button. (The operation makes food more delicious.)
7. Place the Crisper Trays in the air fryer. (NOICE: always use oven mitts when oven is hot).
Press the Power Button and then the Chicken Button (40-min cooking time) and increase the
cooking temperature 185°C, to begin the cooking cycle. After 10 mins, rotate the basket
(Tray with frying rack).

8. Use a meat thermometer to measure the temperature of the chicken. The chicken is done
when the internal temperature reaches 75°C.
9. Additional: cooking time might be required more to reach this temperature.
Mexican-Style Corn
Ingredients:
4 ears fresh corn (about 1 1/2 lb.), shucked
Cooking spray
1 tsp. unsalted butter
2 tsp. chopped garlic
1 tsp. Lime zest plus 1 tbsp. Fresh juice (from 1 lime)
1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
1/2 tsp. Black pepper
2 tbsp. Chopped fresh cilantro
Cooking:
1. Lightly coat corn with cooking spray, and place in a single layer in air fryer basket.
2. Cook at 200°C until tender and slightly charred, and increase the cooking time 10 minutes,
turning corn over halfway through cooking.
3. Meanwhile, stir together butter, garlic, lime zest, and lime juice in a small microwavable bowl.
4. Microwave on HIGH until butter is melted and garlic is fragrant, about 30 seconds.
5. Place corn on a platter and pour over butter mixture. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and cilantro.
Serve immediately.
Spicy Chicken Wing
Ingredients:
10 large chicken wings
Cooking spray
1/4 c. rice vinegar
3 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. unsalted chicken stock
1 tbsp. Lower-sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp. Toasted sesame oil
3/8 tsp. Crushed red pepper
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
2 tbsp. Chopped unsalted roasted peanuts
1 tbsp. Chopped fresh chives
Cooking:
1. Place chicken wings in single layer in air fryer basket
2. Coat well with cooking spray.
3. Cook at 200°C until skin is very crispy, adjust the time to 30 minutes, turning chicken wings
over halfway through cooking.
4. Meanwhile, stir together vinegar, honey, stock, soy sauce, oil, crushed red pepper, and garlic
in a small skillet.
5. Bring to a simmer over medium-high; cook until slightly thickened and almost syrupy,
6 minutes.
6. Place the chicken wings in a medium bowl.
7. Add honey mixture, and toss to coat. Sprinkle with peanuts and chives.
Fried Zucchini
Ingredients:
4 medium zucchinis, cut into sticks
4 eggs (beaten for egg wash)
2 cups seasoned breadcrumbs
Cooking:
1. Dip the zucchini into the egg.
2. Coat the zucchini with the breadcrumbs.
3. Place the battered zucchini onto the Crisper Trays.
4. Insert Drip Tray into bottom of the Unit (for easy clean-up).
5. If you need, you can Preheat the machine at first.
Press the Preheat Button. (The operation makes food more delicious.)
6. Place the Crisper Trays in the air fryer. (NOICE: always use oven mitts when oven is hot).
7. Press the Power Button and then the French Fry Button 200°C and adjust the cooking time to
12 mins, to begin the cooking cycle.
Beef Jerky
Ingredients:
2 Lb. beef, top round, sliced thinly
4 tbsp. sweet soy sauce
5 tbsp. Ketchup
1/2 tsp. Ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
1 dash sriracha
Cooking
1. Combine all the ingredients in a pan.
2. Marinate the beef in the refrigerator Fresh-keeping layer for at least 1hr (preferably overnight).
3. Insert Drip Tray into bottom of the Unit (for easy clean-up).
4. Press the Preheat Button. (The operation makes food more delicious.)
5. When the machine Preheating. Remove the meat from the marinade and pat it dry. Lay the
meat onto the Crisper Trays.
6. Place crisper trays into unit by sliding through the side grooves and onto the back lip.
Notice:
1. Inserting crisper trays (always use oven mitts when oven is hot).
2. Place crisper trays closer to the top heating element for faster cooking
and added crisp.
3. Press the Power Button and then the Dehydrator Button and increase the cooking temperature
to 80°C and the cooking time to 6 hrs., to begin the cooking cycle.
Apple Pie
Ingredients:
2 sheets store-bought pie dough
1 cup apple pie filling
1 egg (beaten for egg wash)
raw sugar (for garnish)
Cooking:
1. Unroll the pie dough. Cut four rectangles out of each sheet.
2. Place 1/4 cup apple filling onto the center of four rectangles.
3. Top with a second dough rectangle.
4. Use a fork to seal the edges.
5. Trim any uneven edges.
6. Transfer the pies onto the Crisper Trays.
7. Brush the pies with the egg wash.
8. Use a paring knife to cut four slots onto the top of each Pie.
9. Sprinkle raw sugar onto the pies.
10. Insert Drip Tray into bottom of the Unit (for easy clean-up).
11. If you need, you can Preheat the machine at first. Press the Preheat Button.

12. Place the Crisper Trays in the air fryer.
13. Press the Power Button, decrease the cooking temperature to 180°C,
and increase the cooking time to 16 mins, to begin the cooking cycle.
14. Remove the pies when they become golden brown.
