9.User Functions
62 Admin Settings
[Local]: You can set whether to print the reception list when a local document has arrived to the mailbox on the
MFP.
[Remote]: You can set whether to print the reception list when a remote document from another facsimile has
arrived to the mailbox on the MFP.
Report Setting > Output
Select the output format of report.
List
You can print [NIC Configuration Page], [Function List], [PS3 Font List], and [PCL Font List].
Printer / e-Filing
Automatic Change of Paper Source
You can specify whether to enable the function to automatically change the paper source also when the paper source
is manually specified for a print job. Selecting [On] makes the MFP feed the same size of paper from a different drawer
when the specified one becomes empty during a print job.
Paper of Different Direction
Selecting [On] makes the MFP feed the same size of paper with a different orientation from another drawer when the
specified one becomes empty during a print job.
Suspend Printing if Stapler Empty
You can select whether to stop printing when the stapler becomes empty during stapling in other than the saddle
stitch mode.
Enforcement Continue (Illegal Paper)
You can select whether to change the output tray automatically and continue printing when paper whose size or type
does not allow it to exit is included in the second or later page of a print job.
Auto Exit Tray Change (Cascade Print)
You can set whether the printing is continued by automatically changing the exit tray when the original one becomes
full.
Waste Hole Punch Tray Full
You can set whether the printing is continued without any punching of holes when the punch waste tray of the Hole
Punch Unit becomes full.
Auto Release Private/Hold Print
You can select whether to automatically print Private Print jobs and Hold Print jobs on login to this MFP.
Wireless Setting
When the Wireless LAN Module is installed, you can make settings for the Wireless LAN of this MFP. For details, refer to
the operator's manual.
Bluetooth Settings
Bluetooth
You can select whether to enable Bluetooth.
Bluetooth Name
You can set the Bluetooth name.
Device Address
The Bluetooth address is displayed.
Allow Discovery
You can set whether to allow the Bluetooth devices to find this MFP.
Data Encryption

  • i have Toshiba e-studio 7506ac Printer, this one year old, now we are do the print, but there are some line coming & yellow color extra coming on the center of the page , so how can solve , can i open the units , How can please ?
