60 Admin Settings
- [Auto]: An incoming fax is received automatically.
- [Manual]: An incoming fax is received manually.
Monitor Volume / Completion Tone Volume
Set the monitor tone volume (line tone when on-hook) and reception completion tone volume.
Dial Type / Dial Type (Line 2)
- [DP]: Dial pulse lines.
- [MF]: Multi frequency lines.
Line-2 Mode
You can make settings for using two lines at the same time with multiple FAX Units are installed. Tap [Line-2 Mode],
and set each item.
To use two lines at the same time, you need to make the following settings:
Admin > Fax > Terminal ID
Admin > Fax > Initial Setup > Dial Type
Tx/Rx
The 2nd Line is used for both transmission and reception.
Rx Only (24Hr)
The 2nd line is used only for reception.
Rx Only (Timer)
The 2nd Line is used only for reception during a specified period of time.
Rx Print
Discard
Switch the discard printing to [On] or [Off]. When the setting is [On], if the original is longer than the printing area,
the part that exceeds the printing area is discarded.
Duplex Print
Switch the duplex printing to [On] or [Off].
Reduction
Switch the Rx reduction printing to [On] or [Off]. When the setting is [On], if the original exceeds the printing area, it
is reduced by 75% of the original size when printed.
Rotate Sort
Switch the rotate sort function to [On] or [Off]. When the setting is [On], the received faxes are alternately sorted
horizontally and vertically for each fax job.
Recovery Tx
Set the period of time to store the original data in the memory.
Secure Receive
Secure Receive
- [Enable]: “Secure Receive” is enabled.
- [Disable]: “Secure Receive” is disabled.
- Weekly Schedule: Set the time for each day of the week for automatically enabling or disabling “Secure Receive”.
Weekly Schedule
When [Weekly Schedule] for “Secure Receive” is selected, set the time for each day of the week for automatically
enabling or disabling “Secure Receive”.
Print Password

  • i have Toshiba e-studio 7506ac Printer, this one year old, now we are do the print, but there are some line coming & yellow color extra coming on the center of the page , so how can solve , can i open the units , How can please ?
